Emotions are an asset if understood, well managed and rightly appropriated. Otherwise, they could have undesirable effects on our results.
When making important decisions about any aspect of your life, check that you are not heavily invested emotionally in the situation at hand. If you are, it is wise to hold off your decision-making until you can contain yourself.
